Pete Chiericozzi has been employed with Wausau Paper since September 2003 as Senior Vice President. Mr. Chiericozzi worked as an independent consultant with paper companies on strategy and customer development from 2001 to 2003. Pete has 35 years of experience in the paper industry holding prior positions of Executive Vice President-Wisconsin Tissue, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Georgia-Pacific Tissue, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for SCA. Mr. Chiericozzi is a retired Lt. Colonel, U.S. Air Force Reserves. Pete is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Haggin Memorial Hospital, President of Ragged Edge Community Theatre Board of Directors, and a member of the Industrial Development Authority, all in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. He also serves a member of Rotary International, on the Kentucky Fallen Officers Trust Council, and is actively involved in additional community activities.

Mike Wildenberg joined Wausau Paper in June 1981. He has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing since 1985, and prior to that served as Director of Marketing. Mike has extensive knowledge of the paper industry and has over 45 years experience. Prior to joining Wausau Paper, Mr. Wildenberg worked for American Can Company, Dixie Marathon, which was acquired by James River in 1982. Mike held various manufacturing, sales, marketing and management positions with American Can Company in his tenure of 19 years with the company.

Clark Carter has been employed with Wausau Paper since April 2001. He began as Director of Finance and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in January 2002. Mr. Carter holds an MBA, and has over 25 years of experience in the paper industry. He has served as Division Controller for both James River and South African Pulp and Paper Inc. (SAPPI). Clark has spent 20 years in the Middle East, and is often asked to speak on Middle Eastern affairs for community groups and business organizations.

Richard Early has been employed with Wausau Paper since 1991. He has been Vice President of Operations for Bay West brands since May 2003, and prior to that served as Vice President of Operations for our Middletown mill beginning April 2000. Mr. Early also held positions as Vice President of Administration and Vice President and General Manager for Sorg Paper between March 1991 and January 2000. Richard has 41 years experience in the paper industry. Mr. Early is highly involved in community activities including being on the board of Junior Achievement and Chairman of the United Way in Middletown, Ohio.

Jim McDonnell has been employed with Wausau Paper since 1993. He has been Vice President of Human Resources for Bay West brands since January 2004. Mr. McDonnell held positions as Wausau's Mosinee Paper Mill as Safety Manager from June 1993 until December 1993, Human Resources Manager from January 1994 until December 1999, and Director of Human Resources from January 2000 until March 2002. From April 2002 to December 2003, Jim served as Director of the DELTA Cost Reduction Program at Wausau's Specialty Paper Division. Mr. McDonnell has 29 years of experience in the paper industry. Jim was on the campaign board and a loaned executive for the United Way, and served as Co-chairman of the Wisconsin Contractor Safety Initiative for the Wisconsin Paper Council. More recently Jim has served on the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce Board, is a member of the Mercer County Adult Education Advisory Council, is Chair of the St. Andrew's finance committee and is on the Board of the Mercer County YMCA.

Mark Stanland has been employed with Wausau Paper since 1999. He began as Director of Marketing and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in July 2007. Mr. Stanland recieved his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Syracuse University. Prior to joining Wausau Paper, he held a variety of marketing positions with International Paper in their distribution business segment.

Eric Leines has been employed with Wausau Paper since 1991. He began as district sales manager in Northern California. In 1995 he was promoted to product manager, and again in 1997 to the director of sales for the southern zone. In 2006, Mr. Leines assumed the additional duty of developing and managing Wausau Paper's national accounts program and was then promoted to Vice President of Sales in July 2007. Mr. Leines is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and History. Following college, he served as an officer in the US Navy.
